Affordable translation

Normally, it is an expensive affair to use a translation agency, but at Diction, we are breaking with the standard pricing in the translation industry. Our low price level can be achieved because we keep our expenses down.

We do not send out translated material until we are completely sure that the text is functioning as it should, and that the message is correct. Once the translation has been thoroughly examined, and we have ensured that we have arrived at the best solution, the text is returned to you so that you can use it immediately. Delivery time

By letting Diction translate for you, you are always guaranteed a fast delivery in multiple languages. We are very flexible when it comes to delivery time. The flexibility, of course, depends on the amount of text, but in general, we operate with a delivery time of five working days to translate and proofread a text. However, we often finish the text within this deadline. For larger tasks (over 50 pages), it may take a little longer to complete the work. Start-up price

No task is too small for us. All assignments have a start-up price of €79 (€987.50 incl. VAT). If you have a small amount of text, you can save by combining several texts in one order. We want to familiarize ourselves as well as possible with a text, and that is why we spend some time on research, even if the task itself is not very extensive.

Quality control

We believe it is absolutely crucial that the translated text is reviewed and checked for errors, omissions, and linguistic problems, so that it is of the highest possible quality. After the translation has been carefully read through and we have ensured that the best possible solution has been achieved, we return the text to you so that it is ready to be used.

To ensure the quality of the translation, our quality assurance procedure is an inviolable requirement, as a result of the recruitment of translators. This quality assurance involves ensuring that all our translators meet a number of strict criteria. To work as a translator for us, it is a requirement to have at least a master's degree from a university or an equivalent academic degree. In this context, all translators perform a test translation, which is evaluated by experts. Our translators must also be registered as self-employed in the country they work from, and they only translate into their own native language.

Confidentiality
