Korrekturselskabet ApS named Børsen Gazelle Company

Every year, Børsen awards Danish gazelle companies that have managed to create the fastest and largest growth, and in December 2023, Korrekturselskabet ApS was named one of the year's gazelle winners.

Since its establishment in 2016, Korrekturselskabet, together with its proofreaders, has specialized in proofreading for private and business customers. In 2023, Korrekturselskabet was acquired by Diction ApS, but the company has continued to function as a separate brand that complements Diction's language services.

A strong language company driven in a Jutlandic way

Martin Boberg, CEO of Diction (and Korrekturselskabet), enthusiastically received the news that Korrekturselskabet had won the Børsen Gazelle:

"It's actually a bit coincidental that Korrekturselskabet is getting a gazelle prize now that Diction has become the owner. In reality, it's a confirmation that Korrekturselskabet has been a strong company driven according to good Jutlandic principles, and we therefore look forward to building on a solid foundation. The people behind the companies are the most important, and here Martin Handberg, who runs Korrekturselskabet on a daily basis, has also played a central role in Korrekturselskabet's growth, which the gazelle award is based on," Martin explains.

The founder of Korrekturselskabet, Martin Handberg, is also pleased with the award: "I have never been driven by such a goal, so I actually took it quite calmly. That said, I'm glad for the award. Now the statuette can stand on the home office and symbolize a journey towards something."

Third gazelle prize for the Diction group

With the gazelle prize for Korrekturselskabet in 2023, it is the third time the Diction group has received a gazelle prize. In 2018 and 2019, Diction ApS was named a gazelle company.

Martin Boberg states: "We expect continued demand for proofreading, both from students, businesses and from public customers in the future - the goal here is to continue to be the preferred player in Denmark. We have optimized internal processes and expect to be able to continue to run Korrekturselskabet so that the company can be ready for further growth in the future.

In addition to translation, Diction has increased its focus on helping customers with proofreading since the acquisition of Korrekturselskabet. Most recently, proofreading has been actively offered to existing customers across the entire Diction group - i.e., in the Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Icelandic branches.
